National Savings Bank Branch opens in Ridigama

The National Savings Bank declared open its new branch at Ridigama recently, in the presence of Kurunegala District Member of Parliament and Chairman of Ridigama Development Committee Nimal Wijesinghe. The branch is located at No. 78, Kurunegala Road Ridigama.

Chairman of NSB Sunil S. Sirisena, Working Director Deshabandu Sumanadasa Abeygunawardana, NSB GM/CEO H.M. Hennayake Bandara, Senior Deputy General Manager Dhammika Perera and the higher management of the bank and Regional Manager J.M. Seneviratne also attended the event together with many other invitees.

This spacious NSB branch equipped with modern facilities is geared to deliver a superior customer service to all its customers.

At the opening of the branch, deposits were ceremoniously handed over to the invited guests by customers and the event was marked by J.D. Nimal Jayaweera’s initial deposit handed over to the Chief Guest Wijesinghe.

National Savings Bank, the only bank in the nation with 100% Government guarantee, is in the process of expanding its branch network further and this new Ridigama Branch is the 220th NSB branch.

Furthermore, in line with International Women’s Day, NSB has named this March as ‘Sthree Month’ (women’s month) and launched various promotions carrying special benefits via NSB branches including its newest member at Ridigama.
