Nations Trust Bank celebrates International Customer Service Week with special offers to customers

Nations Trust Bank will join hands with their customers in celebrating the International Customer Service Week 2013, from 7 October to 11 October. The bank has made it an opportunity to boost morale, motivation and teamwork by rewarding and recognising their employee’s hard work, whilst reminding all NTB customers of the bank’s commitment to satisfy them. Hence the bank has planned a range of activities targeting internal and external customers across their island wide branch network. To mark this week, a range of exciting offers for customers are up for grabs and all customers are invited to enjoy the benefits on offer. During this week preferential rates will be offered for rupee fixed deposits opened and renewed. The bank’s brand new debit card will be issued free of charge for all new accounts opened by customers. The first month’s interest will be waived off on pawning transactions carried out by customers during this week. New customers who apply for American Express ® or Master Credit Cards will have their joining fees waived off. Customers who obtain new leasing facilities will be entitled for a branded gift issued by the bank.
