Nations Trust Bank opens digitalised ‘Inner Circle’ branch at Kandy City Centre

Continuing its pursuit of enhancing customer convenience by embracing latest technology, Nations Trust Bank PLC (NTB) has opened its second digitalised branch at the Kandy City Centre, thereby re-affirming its commitment towards strengthening and adding value to its network, which at present consists of 93 branches and 133 ATMs. 

The spacious branch, conveniently located on Level 1, Kandy City Centre (KCC), Dalada Veediya, Kandy, where ample parking facilities are available, is an ‘Inner Circle’ branch – dedicated to the recently re-launched ‘Inner Circle’ product of Nations Trust Bank. Inner Circle is specifically designed for the salaried customer and carries a host of benefits that enhances one’s lifestyle including preferential interest rates on personal, housing and automobile loans.

Opened ceremonially by Director/CEO, Renuka Fernando and Brand Ambassador, Kumar Sangakkara, together with Nations Trust Bank DGM – Consumer Banking and American Express Cards, Priyantha Talwatte, the new branch has adopted the distinct design concept visible across the entire Nations Trust Bank Branch network, creating a warm and customer-friendly ambience. 

Reflecting Nations Trust Bank’s emphasis on further enhancing customer convenience and service standards, the branch is equipped with a real-time cash deposit machine which provides customers instant access to their accounts. The Kandy City Centre branch offers 365-day banking with extended banking hours and is open from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
