NDB Bank gives prizes to the winners of Christmas promotion in Italy

In an effort to re-enforce their commitment towards serving customers in Italy, NDB Bank extended a special seasonal promotion comprised of valuable gifts ranging from double door refrigerators to microwave ovens and other consolation prizes.

The promotion was open to Sri Lankan citizens employed in Italy, and winners nominated a family member from Sri Lanka for the collection of prizes. Eligibility to enter the competition was in the form of opening a savings account or fixed deposit, transferring money to NDB Bank accounts or to a third party account at NDB Bank through National Exchange Company (NEC), or remitting money to their loved ones through NEC to any NDB Bank branches.

The lucky winner of the first prize from ‘NDB Bankuwen Naththalate Thegi Pita Thegi’ promotion was Srikanth Rajgopal who nominated Gayathri Jayachandran to receive the double-door refrigerator. The second prize, a washing machine was gifted to Chandrakanthi Mallika De Silva Galbokka Hewage who nominated G. W. Yasarathna Fernando to collect the prize. The third prize, a microwave oven was won by Shirley Dexman Anthony Konganeege who nominated F. Punchimenike to collect the gift item. A range of consolation prizes were also given to the winners.
