NDB wins Best Use of Mobile in Finance Sector at SLT ZeroOne Awards

NDB emerged the winner of the ‘Best Use of Mobile’ segment under the Financial Sector at the SLT ZeroOne Awards.

Sri Lanka Telecom Plc organised the SLT ZeroOne Awards 2016 as an initiative to recognise institutions, individuals and brands for achievements by leveraging digital technologies.

The award category ‘Best Use of Mobile’ entailed the effective use of the platform and required showcasing the innovation and forward thinking concept behind the execution whether it is engaging content, useful application, services or utilities. The judging criteria included the execution, which involves how the platform has been used or leveraged to meet the set objectives; innovation, which showcases the revolutionary concept behind the use of mobile in the campaign and outcome, where the KPIs are justified against the use of mobile objectives. 

NDB within this short span of time has provided support in changing the traditional means of banking and brought its banking services to the customer’s fingertips.
