W. Lohika Senaratne Fonseka has been appointed as the CEO of the Capital Alliance Finance PLC with effect from 1 October 2013.
This appointment has been approved by the Central Bank.
Ajith Fernando who was the CEO previously has resigned but will continue as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of Capital Alliance Finance PLC.
Capital Alliance Holdings owns a 68.5% stake in the Capital Alliance Finance PLC, whilst Lankem Ceylon PLC holds a 9% stake.
The company’s board of directors comprises Chrisantha Perera (Chairman), Ajith Fernando, Shiromal Cooray, Rajadurai Arsaratnam, Gihan Hemachandra and Sanjeewa Anthony.
