New CEO for Prime Grameen Micro Finance

The Board of Directors of Prime Grameen Micro Finance Ltd has appointed the incumbent Director Finance B. M .D. Chaminda Prabhath as the New CEO of the Company.  

Prabhath’s appointment has been approved by the Dept of SNBFI of Central Bank of Sri Lanka with effect from 1st March 2012

He is an accountant by profession with wide experience in the finance and manufacturing sectors. He holds a MBA in Finance from the University of Queensland in Australia, a member of Chartered Institute of Securities & Investments (UK) and a Certified Management Accountant of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants in Australia and a Postgraduate Diploma In Business and Finance from the Institute of Chartered Accountants Sri Lanka.

Prabhath also serves in the Board of the Ceylease Financial Services Ltd, a subsidiary of BOC.
