New premises for People’s Bank, Kaduwela

Being in the forefront of providing innovative banking services and fulfilling various financial requirements of the people for over 50 years, People’s Bank recently shifted its branch in Kaduwela to a more spacious two-storey building, in order to provide enhanced and convenient financial solutions to the people of Kaduwela.

This new branch has unveiled the opportunity for the people of Kaduwela to enjoy an array of state-of-the-art banking facilities. Business, industrial and self-employment loans as well as pawning services are among the various services provided at this new branch.

The opening ceremony was held under the patronage of the Mayor of Kaduwela Municipal Council G.H. Buddadasa along with the presence of Members of the Council, District Secretary of Kaduwela M.S.P. Sooriyapperuma, Municipal Commissioner Gamini Gunesekara, Officer In Charge of Nawagamuwa Police M.C. Mahagedara, Chief Executive Officer/General Manager of People’s Bank N. Vasantha Kumar, Deputy General Manager (Operations 1) G.G.C. Ariyarathna,  Deputy General Manager (Operations 2) Boniface Silva and Western Zone 2 Zonal Assistant General Manager Sunil de Saram.

A large number of public representatives of the area, Government officers and customers also attended the event.
