NTB enhances customer convenience in Kohuwala

With the objective of consistently aiming to provide exceptional service to our customers, Nations Trust Bank (NTB) PLC recently declared open their refurbished branch in Kohuwala offering residential as well as the business community a more spacious location to transact. The refurbished location is result of the branch concept that was adopted a few years ago to enhance customer convenience and create an ambience that is warm and friendly.  

This step epitomises the bank’s commitments towards strengthening and adding value to its branch network with the customer in mind.

The Kohuwala branch located at No. 96/B Dutugemunu Street, Kohuwala. This branch is one of the oldest branches of the bank that was opened nearly 11 years ago at the then Park and Shop supermarket. The branch has now evolved to a bigger and better branch that’s grown in terms of customers and its deposits. The Kohuwala and  will continue to offer its customers and patrons a host of  personal financial solutions as well as a wide range of product propositions to Small and Medium Entrepreneurs (SME) who are  who are  the business society in the country.

This branch will also facilitate remittances  as the bank has now signed up with a number of remittance partners around the globe to facilitate these transactions. Pawning services will be a new feature at Kohuwala and pawning customers could benefit from this location being accessible 365 days of the year with extended banking hours.
