Pan Asia Bank introduces extended banking hours to enhance accessibility

Pan Asia Bank, one of Sri Lanka’s fastest growing commercial banks, has embarked on a mission to further enhance its accessibility to customers by increasing its business hours at several key branches.
Currently the bank has a network of up to 75 branches out of which 19 branches will be open till 6 p.m. on weekdays and till 1 p.m. on Saturdays under the above initiative. Pan Asia Bank also operates 365 day banking at 10 branches in selected main cities that are open till 6 p.m. on weekdays and till 1 p.m. on weekends.
Taking the bank’s physical accessibility to a whole new level, the bank also operates its Head Office 24 hours of the day on all 365 days to provide an unparalleled level of convenience to its customers. The bank intends to further develop its branch network both in terms of geographic expansion as well as enhanced working hours to cater to the busy lifestyles of customers.
Pan Asia bank also operates a 24/7 Call Centre with advanced technology and extensively trained personnel to provide customers with a superior quality service and product related information anytime of the day.
In addition, the bank is in the process of continually improving its alternate channels to provide customers with enhanced accessibility by focusing on enhancing its services via areas such as ATMs, Internet banking, and SMS alerts. As a part of this strategy the bank did a total revamp to its corporate web portal in early 2013 with the intention of creating a stronger presence in the online domain.
