People’s Bank moves to new location at Hettipola

With a pledge to offer the residents of Hettipola a far superior banking service, the Hettipola Branch of People’s Bank entered a newly-constructed building at No. 133/1, Kurunegala Road, Hettipola.

Possessing a more spacious environment, the branch will provide the residents of the area an innovative and convenient banking experience. The new branch will offer a complete portfolio of loan facilities including industrial businesses and self employment. A pawning service together with a 24 hour PET facility is among the services offered.

The opening ceremony of the new branch was held under the patronage of Chief Minister of the North Western Province Athula Wijesingha. The ceremony was also graced by the Deputy Minister of Local Government and Provincial Councils Indika Bandaranayake together with public representatives and officials of the area.

The Chief Exective Office/General Manager of People’s Bank N. Vasantha Kumar, the corporate and executive management of the bank, staff of the Hettipola Branch, and a large number of customers were present at this significant occasion.
