Piliyandala branch of People’s Bank relocated to a new three storey building

Aiming to provide the citizens of Piliyandala with a wide range of modern and efficient banking solutions, the Piliyandala branch of People’s Bank was ceremoniously re-opened at a new three storey building on 30 January under the patronage of the Minister of Labour and Labour Relations Gamini Lokuge.

This new branch located at No. 1/9, Old Road, Piliyandala has unveiled to the people of Piliyandala, the opportunity to experience state-of-the-art and superior banking facilities. offering business, industrial and self-employment loans as well as pawning services are among the various services offered at this new branch.

Around the clock ATM facility is also available.

The opening ceremony of the new building was held with the participation of Western Province Minister, Chairman Sunil Jayamini, Mayor of Kesbewa Lakshman  Perera, together with public  representatives of the area, Government officers and People’s Bank Chairman W. Karunajeewa, Deputy General Manager (Operations II) Boniface Silva, Assistant General Manager (Western Zone II) Sunil de Saram, Piliyandala Branch Manager Rajive Karunarathne and the President of the People’s Bank branch of the Bank of Ceylon Employee’s Union A. K. Bandara along with customers and citizens of Piliyandala.
