Prime Grameen offers collateral free loans

Prime Grameen Micro Finance Ltd., has enhanced its product profile by introducing a scheme to provide collateral free loans to small and medium scale business people to develop their enterprises.

The scheme will provide the opportunity for SME business people holding a current account at any commercial bank in Sri Lanka, to secure collateral free loans within three days, under the newly introduced “Prime Grameen Easy Loan” scheme which is based on the practical platform of “easy to secure- easy to pay” basis.

Prime Grameen Micro Finance Ltd., CEO/Director Chaminda Prabath stated that it is their objective to practically espouse the meaning of “Easy loan” through a positive approach.    

The Company had disbursed over Rs. 24 billion to beneficiaries under the Grameen based micro finance scheme and
