Richard Pieris Finance opens first outstation branch in Matara

The first branch office of Richard Pieris Finance Ltd. was opened at Anagarika Dharmapala Mawatha Pamburana Matara by Richard Pieris Group of Companies Senior Director Professor Lakshman R. Watawala and Richard Pieris Finance Ltd. Chairman Joseph Felix Fernandopulle yesterday (1). 

“Richard Pieris Finance, which provides fixed deposit facilities, leasing, hire purchase, loans and Islamic finance, is the only finance company under the Richard Pieris Group. Richard Pieris Group has an asset base exceeding Rs. 27 billion with investment in plantations, tea, rubber, tyres, plastics, construction, logistics, financial services, retail and distribution,” said Professor Watawala, addressing the distinguished gathering who attended the opening.

Chairman Joseph Felix Fernadopulle, CEO K.M.M. Jabir and Matara Branch Manager Maithree Gunerathne of Richard Pieris Financial Services also addressed the gathering.
