Sampath Avurudu-Ganu Denu receives overwhelming response

Sampath Bank’s Avurudu Ganu-Denu campaign was successfully held this year with an overwhelming response.

The programme was carried out from 4 to 16 April. This year, there was heavy emphasis to add more value to the bank’s customers, by introducing a new feature to Sampath Avurudu Ganu-Denu.

Accordingly, the customers who made deposits under Sampath Avurudu Ganu-Denu had a chance to win ten 55 inch Samsung Smart TV’s in addition to the free gift they received at the time of making the deposit. The raffle draw was telecast live on Sri Lanka Rupavahini Corporation’s ‘Nugasevana’ programme on 18 April where 10 lucky customers were selected as smart TV’s recipients.

Sampath Bank’s 207 branches were packed with customers after opening on 14 April for the traditional Avurudu Ganu-denu from 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon.

Further, Sampath Bank was the Official Banking Partner for “Sirilaka Piri Avurudu Siri”-Jathika Avurudu Udanaya progamme for the fifth consecutive year.
