Sampath Bank expands mobile banking platform with Sampath Bank App

Sampath Bank, the bank that has pioneered many technological innovations in the Sri Lankan banking industry, launched “Sampath Bank App” recently for iPhones, iPads and Android versions expanding its mobile banking platform.
The unique feature in Sampath App is that the service can be freely accessed by the bank’s existing as well as potential customers. (Free app download now available in the apple store and google play store also you can access the links through our corporate website www.sampath.lk/apps.php)
This extremely user-friendly application provides easy enrolment and requires no log in password. The app service can be downloaded and used free-of-charge by any user unlike other apps facilities used as transaction modules in the industry.
The main features of this product include service locations (indicates your position, road map, nearest branches, addresses and contact numbers, branches, ATMs, super branches, etc). Also with the direct “call us” facility, bank contact numbers need not be remembered by the user, Sampath Vishwa account services (balance inquiry, account history, transfer of funds to an account with Sampath Bank or any other commercial bank, bills payment, funds management, opening of other accounts, inquiries/ stop cheques and a host of other services), exchange rates, financial calculator, Sampath product portfolio, Sampath.lk (bank’s corporate website), contact form (the user can make inquiries by sending an email to the bank which will be attended by a bank representative), and special offers (display of seasonal card offers / other special offers)
