Priority Banking of Standard Chartered Bank organised a networking breakfast event for its customers last week. The highlight of the event was a presentation by eminent tax consultant N.R. Gajendran on benefits and conveniences attainable from the recently-presented Government Budget.
The event, part of the bank’s continued commitment to providing advice and networking opportunities, was a platform for exchange of ideas, suggestions and discussion of key tax issues of the 2011 Budget. Standard Chartered Bank’s Head of Premium Banking Naresh Adikaram said that events such as these help customers gain firsthand knowledge of important business information, which ultimately helps them enhance their business interests.
