SANASA Development Bank Plc (SDB Bank) last week executed the subscription agreement with the International Finance Corporation for the latter to invest Rs. 510.65 million in equity in the former.
The investment via a private placement was for 3.6475 million shares at Rs. 140 each.
The issue of shares is subject to shareholder approval at a general meeting.
