Seylan Bank upgrades 9 more branches

Seylan Bank, the ‘Bank with a Heart,’ recently upgraded nine of its branches on the same day. Accordingly the Manipay, Pallekele, Kaluwanchikudy, Medawachchiya, Nochchiyagama, Eppawala, Kotiyakumbura, Aralaganwila and Bowatta centres now function as fully-fledged branches. Members of the Senior Management of Seylan Bank attended the inaugurations of these branches.

Senior Deputy General Manager, Human Resources and Administration S.J. Jebaratnam attended the opening ceremony of the Manipay branch while Senior Deputy General Manager, Retail Banking Tissa Nanayakkara attended the Pallekele branch opening ceremony. Deputy General Manager – Branches II Dr. P. Niranjan, Deputy General Manager – Branch Credits K.D.W. Rohana, Deputy General Manager – International Aruna Ranasinghe, Deputy General Manager – Branches I Chithral de Silva, Deputy General Manager – Consumer Finance Unit Delvin Pereira, Deputy General Manager – Treasury S. Palihawadana and Chief Financial Officer Ramesh Jayasekera opened the Kaluwanchikudy, Medawachchiya, Nochchiyagama, Eppawala, Kotiyakumbura, Aralaganwila and Bowatta branches respectively.
