Seylan Bank’s Piliyandala extension office which was situated at No. 07, Piliyandala Road, was upgraded to a fully fledged branch recently at the auspicious time of 9.07 a.m. under the patronage of Seylan Bank General Manager/Chief Executive Kapila Ariyaratne.
