Singer Finance Plc said its Rs. 1.25 billion debentures issue has been oversubscribed and was subsequently closed.
The company offered 7.5 million rated unsecured redeemable debentures of Rs. 100 each with an option to issue a further five million in the event of oversubscription of the original amount.
