Thakral Group announced the re-launch of its services and products division Thakral One, formerly Raffles Solutions, at its event ‘Efficiency Solutions for Banks’ on 7 July 2011. The event was attended by senior members of the banking community,
Thakral Group – Sri Lanka/Maldives Country Manager Manish Fitkariwala shared at the event the dynamic offerings that Thakral One is bringing for financial institutions.
The end-to-end offerings, from server and storage solutions to data centre and business continuity services have been structured so as to optimize Thakral One’s clients’ processes and infrastructure. Attendees had an opportunity to discuss with industry leaders how their organisations can leverage core banking and middleware to ensure improved efficiency and productivity from their systems. The highlight of the event, received favourably by the participants, was the infrastructure assessment study that Thakral One offered to undertake for the attendees’ organisations. The study would provide banks with an insight on the status of their core infrastructure, especially in the areas of security, performance, and scalability. The product-agnostic assessment would provide a report on the health of the infrastructure and recommendations on how the same can be improved.
