In an ever competitive economy, Union Assurance (UA) recognises the need to nurture its sales force by providing essential global exposure that matches the world-class ambitions of the organisation and industry.

To maintain unmatched sales standards and to establish best business practices – representation of UA professionals at the global, Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) Experience conference is notable.

MDRT is an international, independent association of nearly 36,000 of the world’s leading life insurance and financial services professionals from more than 430 companies in 78 countries.

MDRT members demonstrate exceptional professional knowledge, strict ethical conduct and outstanding client service. MDRT membership is recognised internationally as the standard of sales excellence in the life insurance and financial services business.

The MDRT Experience conference2012 was held in Bangkok, Thailand which exposed attendees to some of the finest and most innovative sales ideas in the life insurance-based and financial services business.

For UA, enhancing the competency of their talent through relevant and recognisable training is essential. “We know the performance of a company is driven by the performance of the people that make it. Developing and nurturing commendable talent will ultimately result in greater overall performance,” UA AGM Planning and Sales Force Administration J.M. Niyas said.
