Udyama Kurukularatne resigns from HDFC Board

Udyama Kurukularatne, who was appointed to the HDFC Board in terms of Section 3(1) (b) (ii) of the HDFC Act No. 07 of 1997, has stepped down from the HDFC Board due to his appointment as the Chairman of the Urban Settlement Development Authority.
