Union Assurance added to its already impressive coverage of the island, by opening a regional office in close proximity to both the Wellawatta and Kirulapone areas, while also relocating its Regional Branch in Puttalam to a bigger and better space to service its valued customers.
A new regional office is also to be opened in Hambantota this month, offering customers in the potential business hub a wide array of life and general insurance solutions. All established branches are fully IT enabled, with UA’s Personal Financial Advisors readily equipped with the latest technology such as tablet devices and online systems in place to service customers efficiently.
This seamless network helps advisors to give a full service to customers, even whilst out in the field. November also saw the strengthening of the company’s coverage to the Uva Province, with its Wellawaya branch being opened on 15 December. Another Business Development Office in Panadura was upgraded to a fully functional branch, offering convenience and efficiency to customers in the area.
