Union Assurance holds Annual Awards 2015, ‘The Mission for Excellence’

The Chairman, Chief Executive officer, the Board of Directors, top management along with its employees and sales force of Union Assurance gathered at the Oak Room, Cinnamon Grand Hotel on 8 June to celebrate a year of strong achievements.

The awards ceremony recognised and rewarded the outstanding individual contributions of the top performers of the company.  Chanaka Appuhamy walked away with the Pinnacle Award of the evening which was the ‘Champion of the Champions Award.’ This is the seventh time Mr. Appuhamy has won this title. 

“Our Goal at Union Assurance is that our staff , customers and all stakeholders share in our progress and join us towards ‘The Mission for Excellence’ to achieve the  ‘benchmark’ life insurance company in Sri Lanka as well as in the region. We are proud of your achievement as an Annual Award winner. I thank you for your contribution,” Rukman Weeraratne, General Manager – Marketing and Distribution, stated at the event. 

The Annual Awards ceremony closed out the night to sounds of gaiety, and friendship, with performances by a number of entertainers.
