Union Assurance launches CEO’s Club to recognise Bancassurance Assistants’ excellence

Union Assurance launched a special program on 5 January themed CEO’s Club – ‘Welcome to the Pinnacle of Success’ to recognise and appreciate the Bancassurance Assistants who have excelled in their performances during the year 2016.

A special program of this caliber was executed for the first time by the company with the collaborative support from the Union Assurance Marketing and Distribution division and Bancassurance division. 

Bancassurance Assistants (BA) are the main driving force in offering insurance solutions to the customers. BA’s contribution to UA is impressive and remarkable. 

All the Bancassurance Assistants who have excelled in their performances by successfully satisfying the eligibility criteria were awarded the prestigious membership of the CEO’s Club member. In order to be eligible, Bancassurance Assistants should achieve 150% of their personal annual business objectives along with a pre-determined annual persistency value. The membership will be valid for a period of one year based on the personal performances accomplished throughout the previous year. 

CEO’s Club members will enjoy special privileges and benefits ranging from special travelling and phone allowances, opportunity to attend overseas conferences, special training sessions, felicitation lunch with CEO and priority at company functions.  All members will receive a special certificate signed by CEO and a special membership badge.
