Going a step further in its attempt to bring convenience and world-class service to its customers, Union Assurance PLC (UA) relaunched its Kandy branch as a regional service point, specifically for the provision of General insurance solutions. The Kandy regional office is one of over 60 strategically located UA hubs providing General insurance solutions across the country.
Located at No. 227, D.S. Senanyake Street, Kandy, the UA General Insurance Regional Office will cater to the general insurance requirements of its clientele in the Kandy region. Services offered at the centre include motor insurance, home insurance, business insurance solutions, etc.
The relaunch of the Kandy Regional Office was conducted in the midst of dignitaries from the public and private sector, including Chief Guest SSP Kandy Gamini Ellapola. This is the latest in a series of innovations and service improvements undertaken by the company.
