Living up to its reputation as a ground-breaking organisation within the insurance sector of Sri Lanka, Union Assurance has launched special program entitled, ‘Month of Achievers’, from 1 July to 31 July. The aim of this program is to create a systematic path for people of various social classes, educational levels, and ages to achieve their dreams.

Union Assurance is one of the leading player in the insurance sector of the country, winning various awards and gaining recognition – both locally and internationally. One of the key reasons the company is as successful as it is, is its well-trained, talented, and award-winning team of professionals. The Month of Achievers allows many more talented individuals join this exclusive group as personal financial advisors.

The company has planned special recruitment fairs in selected locations island-wide, over the coming month. The lucky candidates chosen through this recruitment drive will be recruited to Union Assurance as personal financial advisors. People from a variety of backgrounds – degree-holders, school-leavers, retirees, housewives, and etc., will be chosen to represent the company.

Union Assurance fosters a unique working environment. As a result, the company was named – for the third consecutive year – as a Great Place to Work by the Great Place to Work Institute.

The company strives to provide its staff with constant training that is on par with international standards – at the same time, it continuously rewards members of its faculty that use their training to achieve superior heights.

High performers are constantly rewarded with career advancements, as well as other benefits such as monetary bonuses, foreign tours, and other prizes. Most importantly, however – the recognition that the chosen few will receive as employees of a well-respected leading company, such as Union Assurance – is priceless.

The dates, places, and times of recruitment drives due to be conducted as part of the Month of Achievers, will be announced in the media throughout the coming month. Union Assurance would like to invite all those looking to make their dreams a reality to participate at these events – and take the first step towards the rest of their lives.

Union Assurance (UA), the country’s trusted insurance provider, celebrates a solid and consistent track record covering over 27 years, 140 plus branches, over 4,500 employees and field staff who touch the lives of half a million Sri Lankans island-wide.
