Union Assurance sales professionals recognised with LIMRA Awards

Union Assurance PLC (UA) recently hosted the LIMRA International Awards for the 11th consecutive year. The LIMRA is the world’s leading research association for insurance professionals, and is highly recognised worldwide, insisting on the highest standards and quality from its members.
The LIMRA International Awards held on 7 October at the Premium Room – Excel World, recognised the Company’s Life Insurance Advisers for their outstanding performance in persistency and productivity, and contribution to the stellar growth of Union Assurance.
A total of 28 awards, including the prestigious LIMRA International Award for Productivity (IAP) and the LIMRA International Quality Award (IQA), were awarded to UA sales professionals in recognition of their contributions to excellence in the sector.
CEO Dirk Pereira and members of the senior management at Union Assurance were part of this prestigious event and looked on as members of the UA team were celebrated for their commitment to quality and business development.
This year, LIMRA IAP 5+ time achievers, Janitha Rohana, Maleena Gimhan, Sadeep Marthinu and S. Mawalage, received special LIMRA IAP Silver Medallions, while Chanaka Appuhamy received the LIMRA IAP Gold Medallion for achieving LIMRA IAP status for 10 times. B. Krishnakumar’s achievement of winning the LIMRA IAP Platinum award for three consecutive years was also given a special recognition.
