Union Bank of Colombo PLC has enhanced its website by enabling access of information in English, Sinhala and Tamil.
Being amongst very few banks that has a trilingual website spokesperson for the bank’s marketing division stated that “the website in Sinhala and Tamil enables the bank to disseminate information about the bank, its products and services to customers and stakeholders in a language of their preference. Union Bank also introduced a trilingual mobile phone app for Android and Apple platforms for the convenience of its customers on the move and the app can be downloaded free of charge.
