Vajira Kulatilaka appointed to CDIC Board

Vajira Kulatilaka has been appointed a director of Capital Development and Investment Company from 2nd December. He is  the Chief Executive Officer of the investment banking cluster of the NDB Group and overlooks the operations of NDB Investment Bank, NDB Stockbrokers Pvt Ltd, NDB Aviva Wealth Management Ltd and NDB Capital Ltd, Bangladesh. He has over 25 years experience in the finance sector and capital market of Sri Lanka.

Before joining NDB he worked as the Chief Executive Officer of CKN Fund Management Pvt Ltd. Kulatilaka has been instrumental in managing some of the largest IPO’s in Sri Lanka.

He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and has obtained a B.Sc degree in civil engineering from the University of Moratuwa, MEng in Industrial Engineering and Management form the Asian Institute of Technology and is a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Mangement Acoountants, UK.
