Christmas cake mixing at Galadari

The Galadari Hotel recently held its traditional cake mixing in the Centre Lobby. The cake mix was done up to resemble a magnificent Christmas tree.

The Centre Lobby was the filled with much excitement and joy as General Manager Sampath Siriwardena, together with the guests and the management team, joined in with the chef team, headed by Pastry Chef Pradeep Fonseka, in the Christmas cake mixing ceremony.

Guests were treated to a fabulous high tea after. The evening ended with cheer and merriment.
