Sheraton Kosgoda Turtle Beach Resort has recently announced a grand Diwali celebration, showcasing a spectacular array of authentic Indian flavours at their Diwali-themed dinner buffet from 31 October to 2 November. Guests are invited to indulge in a festive culinary journey crafted by some of the finest Indian chefs.

From the expert kitchens of Chef Pradip Basak, Chef Sek Sufiyan, and Chef Pankaj Mer, alongside Sheraton Kosgoda’s own Executive Chef Ramesh Kularatnam, diners can savour the rich diversity of Indian cuisine on the scenic shores of Kosgoda.

Chef Pradip Basak, with 18 years of experience and hailing from West Bengal, will present his signature Prawn Masala: succulent prawns prepared in a medley of aromatic spices, balancing heat and flavour. Chef Pankaj Mer from Uttarakhand, Dehradun, specialising in North Indian and Rajasthani delicacies, brings a burst of colourful flavours with his Matar Mushroom Masala — a creamy dish of green peas and mushrooms in a fragrant masala. Chef Sek Sufiyan from Jajpur, Odisha, adds over a decade of culinary passion to the table with his signature Chicken Tikka Masala: tender marinated chicken simmered in a spiced tomato gravy.

This exceptional Diwali experience is available for just Rs. 9,200 Nett per person. Guests are invited to celebrate the festival of lights with Sheraton Kosgoda Turtle Beach Resort.
