Colombo Coffee Company, Sri Lanka’s largest and the most awarded coffee solutions provider, made history at the Best Management Practices Company Awards 2025, organised by the Chartered Professional Managers (CPM) Sri Lanka, by securing the Overall Silver Award – a remarkable victory over 126 other corporate giants.

The company was also recognised with Excellence Award in Best Management Practices, Sector winner in Manufacturing – Food and Beverage and Merit Award in the ESG Cluster.

Adding to this success, Colombo Coffee Company General Manager Kushan Samararatne was honoured with the Excellence in Leadership Award, recognising his transformative leadership.

He also serves as the Chairperson of the Lanka Coffee Association, VP – Membership at Innovative Minds Toastmasters and a Lecturer in Management and Leadership. Holding a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the University of Peradeniya and an MBA from the University of Wales, he continues to drive innovation and industry leadership.
