Harpo’s Pizza introduces vegan pizza to its pizza range

Harpo’s Pizza & Pasta being eco conscious and very much aware of many who avoid all animal food and alternate with plant-based ingredients, introduced a new wood-fired, thin crust vegan pizza at all its pizza parlours, well in time for the Avurudu holiday season.

The wood-fired thin crust is made of flour and dairy free with a zesty tomato base ladled on top and finished with a generous portion of toppings of fresh vegetables including eggplant, zucchini, black olives, bell peppers, capsicum and basil. Other variations on the toppings can be offered.

“We introduce new flavours to our pizza range regularly and aware of the increasing consciousness of many against animal produce and having pro-healthy eating habits, we take pleasure in introducing a vegan pizza to our Harpos Pizza range in regular and large size for all to enjoy at our pizza parlours,” said MD Harpo Gooneratne.

The vegan pizza is available for dine in, take away and for delivery at Colombo, Nugegoda, Mt. Lavinia, Ethul Kotte and Ja-Ela pizza parlours.
