The semi-alfresco dining restaurant, The Verandah has a new dinner menu that caters to many palates and many cravings. Chef Adam Gaunt-Evans and his culinary team have put together an interesting line up of cuisines from all around the world:
Sunday – Traditional British Roast, fish and chips and traditional British puddings
Monday – BBQ Dinner infused by pan Asian flavours
Tuesday – Flavours of Thailand, simply authentic and vibrant
Wednesday – Arabian Nights, Middle Eastern flavours along with roasted lamb and kebab grills
Thursday – A taste of Japan including sushi, Tempura, Karaage and Tepenyaki
Friday – Indian Delights, centred around traditional tandoor oven
Saturday – Spices of Lanka, for street food lovers
