The restaurant’s open kitchen is layered with cultural traditions, including copper embellishments, which accentuate the cosy space, while the Bar area, also with a rich tone of copper adds to the allure of the restaurant.

Utilising imported ingredients that are exclusive to authentic Chinese cuisine, the dishes on offer promise to deliver an unparalleled gastronomic experience for the whole family.
The thoughtfully curated menu invites all Sri Lankans to take a journey through a breathtaking culinary landscape, combining oriental fare known for its vibrant, colourful, and piquant flavours all adding up to a refreshing and contemporary gastronomic experience.
These include Crystal Jade’s popular dishes such as Shredded Meat with Century Egg Congee, Hot and Sour Seafood Thick Soup in Hong Kong Style, ‘Fortune 5’ Crispy Chicken, General Tso’s Chicken, Sautéed Sri Lankan Crab in Singapore Chilli Sauce, Steamed Sea Garoupa with Minced Chilli and Roasted Duck, in addition to refreshing desserts of Chilled Pumpkin Purée topped with Vanilla Ice Cream, Chilled Purple Rice Purée with Coconut Ice Cream and Chilled Lemongrass Jelly with Aloe Vera.
Capturing the excitement of the restaurant whilst offering a more exclusive and intimate setting, the restaurant is also the ideal destination for hosting business luncheons for VIP guests or private gatherings among friends and family. The six private function spaces can be partitioned and booked individually or completely opened and utilised as one larger event space with a maximum seating for 126 guests.
The Crystal Jade culinary team in Colombo is focused on perfecting classic Chinese cuisine. Chef Leong Kum Weng heads the culinary team as Chief Wok Chef, creating a menu set to captivate local palates. With over two decades of working experience as chef with stints across Asia, Chef Weng aims to bring Asian values towards dining, gastronomic innovation and award-winning specialist talent to Colombo. Also part of the team is Chef Lee Choon Fei, with over a decade of experience with specialisation in finely-crafted Dim Sum and Chinese desserts. And Chef Figo, well-known for his BBQ dishes.
The Crystal Jade Hong Kong Kitchen is driven by operational experience and is well-equipped with the state-of-the-art Turboflame range of commercial cooking equipment, thus ensuring its commitment to preserving the standards and traditions of Chinese cuisine.
In bringing Crystal Jade to Colombo, Softlogic Restaurants has expanded its extensive credentials as a master franchise holder.
