Radisson Hotels Sri Lanka is presents an exclusive culinary journey, “Nizam’s Feast – A Royal Hyderabadi Banquet,” bringing the authentic flavours of Hyderabad to Colombo, Galle, and Kandy. This special dinner buffet, meticulously curated by the renowned Chef Tarak from Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel Hyderabad, India, promises to be a gastronomic delight for all food enthusiasts.
The Nizam’s Feast is set to take stage on the following days at the three hotels; Radisson Hotel Colombo, (Dine Restaurant): 29 August to 1 September, Radisson Blu Resort Galle (Fusion Restaurant): 5 September to 8 September, Radisson Hotel Kandy (Dine Restaurant): 11 September to 14 September.
Chef Tarak, celebrated for his expertise in traditional Hyderabadi cuisine, hails from Ichchapuram, a vibrant town on the border of Odisha and Andhra Pradesh. With over 25 years of culinary experience, his mastery in creating authentic Hyderabadi dishes will be the highlight of Nizam’s Feast.
The menu features a rich selection of Hyderabadi classics, including the aromatic Hyderabadi Dum Biryani, Hyderabadi Kachi Gosht Ki Biryani, Dum Ka Murgh (slow-cooked marinated chicken), and Hyderabadi Haleem served with Sheermal. The feast also offers a diverse array of vegetarian specialties, each dish a tribute to the opulent heritage of the Nizams.
Priced at only LKR 4,999/- nett per person, guests will be treated to a tapestry of flavours, starting with expertly crafted soups, followed by a mouthwatering array of starters, the delicious mains, handmade pachadis, and an exquisite range of desserts. “Nizam’s Feast” promises to deliver a truly memorable dining experience, transporting diners to the royal kitchens of Hyderabad.
