The meal begins with a choice between a Spicy Fish Soup or a Peppered Fish Broth. For the main course, guests can select from a range of the freshest seafood, including fish varieties such as Seer, Tuna, Linna, Hurulla, Paraw, and Cuttlefish, as well as shellfish options like Prawns, Sea Crab, and Lagoon Crab. For those who prefer fried options, choices include Handalla, Karalla, Bollu, Salaya, and Small Prawns.

The seafood selection can be prepared in one of six traditional Sri Lankan styles: Kirata (Milk), Mirisata (Spicy), Ambulata (Sour), Thelata (Tempered), Borata (Thick Curry), or Baduma (Fried). To complement their main course, guests can choose from White Rice, White Kekulu, Red Rice, or Roast Paan. 

The meal is further enhanced by vegetable dishes and a variety of traditional condiments. To conclude the feast on a sweet note, diners can indulge in a selection of local delicacies, including Pol Pani Pancake with ice cream, fresh cut fruits, Watalappam, and Curd with Treacle.
