Virticle by Jetwing introduced innovative additions to its menu, unveiling a range of meticulously crafted dishes at The Restaurant and new signature cocktails at The Bar.

Virticle by Jetwing champions homegrown ingredients in their dishes such as the Crispy Nelum Ala Salad and the Murunga Soup, while also offering a curated selection of international dishes from premium cuts of meat to the finest of salmon. The menu being a celebration of Sri Lankan ingredients is a delight for vegan and vegetarian diners as well, offering an array of plant-based dishes.

The menu showcases new additions like the arrack-based Kata Gasma, vodka-based Coolant, rum-based Ocean Breeze, and Warwick Infusion, a skilfully crafted gin-based cocktail featuring organic artisanal tea sourced directly from Jetwing Hotels’ own Warwick Estate in Ambewela.
