Guaranteed to make your taste buds tingle, warranting regular stops at Long Feng for lunch, the menu comprises fish maw and Cantonese turkey rice soup with condiments from the soup range; and get their chopsticks ready for fish and garlic chive wontons, bean sprout and noodle spring rolls, mutton and vegetable dumplings, steamed chicken, beef and prawn siew mai, chicken balls, steamed fish and nori rolls, pork ribs with black beans, steamed pork buns, bok choy and mushrooms and steamed sweet red bean buns.
