An Indonesian culinary adventure with Cinnamon Lakeside

Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo launched its celebration of Indonesian cuisine on 14 August, at the hotel’s chic lobby restaurant The Dining Room. While many members of the media graced the occasion, a large number of other patrons were also present to savour the authentic and diverse flavours of Indonesia. Amongst the many delicious dishes that decked the buffet, diners were particularly enthralled by the flavoursome Nasi Goreng that was prepared to a truly traditional recipe by the hotel’s expert chefs. The many decadent sweet treats on offer included a unique dessert of sweet jack fruit drizzled with a sugary syrup and dressed with crunchy nuts.
