Cinnamon Grand’s sought after ‘Noodles’ restaurant will open its doors for lunch come 15 February, offering guests an opportunity to relish the flavours of Asia in exotic noodle-based broths and dishes, in the afternoon as well as in the evening.
The 50-seater restaurant provides the ultimate feast for discerning noodle lovers, featuring over 70 dishes made from ten noodle specialities such as Ramen, Udon and Soba. Drawing inspiration from Vietnam, China, Thailand, Japan and Malaysia, the dishes here are prepared a la minute by expert Vietnamese Chef Tran Ba Giang and his team.
The decision to open for lunch was made as a result of the high demand and repeated customer requests, the hotel said. With fast and efficient service guaranteed, Noodles will be the ideal stop for a sumptuous break during the week and for businessmen, the perfect setting to impress their clients and partners.
