Cinnamon Lakeside presents Japanese signature dish

Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo has introduced the first Japanese dish of the month for 2013 at its Sushi Bar. Ika Matsu Kasataki with Aka Miso, the artistic Japanese delicacy, is a must-try dish on the Sushi Bar menu.

This cuttlefish dish is marinated in soy and orange zest and served with a red bean miso which is a delight to the taste buds. Diners are invited to be a part of the Japanese food experience, where they could observe the process of preparation of their meal over the bar while being treated to a view of the serene Beira Lake beyond. The Sushi Bar also offers an array of both authentic and modern sushi rolls where the delicate flavours of rice, vegetables and fish are enhanced with healthy soya sauce, ginger and wasabi. It also serves classic hot dishes and desserts including the ‘Donburi’ range, noodles and Yaki Udon whilst the green tea ice cream and ginger ice cream is known to be amongst the favorites of diners.

The Sushi Bar at The Lounge is a much sought after spot to meet friends for a quick bite, wind down after a long day at work and most importantly, indulge in some of the finest and freshest sushi in town.
