Colombo’s fastest growing health food delivery, Eat Right recently added brand new healthy meal options for breakfast, lunch and dinner on their Lifestyle Menu, in order to cater to a discerning clientele. The already extensive lifestyle and weight loss menus have enabled many in the metropolis to lose 5-10% of their existing weight and live a healthier lifestyle.

The Eat Right clientele base is also rapidly growing as word of mouth spreads among Colombo of significant weight loss due to the program. Statistics show that over 250 people have lost weight in just four months since Eat Right began its operations, resulting in approximately 1,000kg shed among a wide spectrum of society.

The decision taken by the Eat Right management to strengthen the menu also coincides with an attempt to get more people to change something as simple as their eating habits in order to live a healthier life.

The latest additions are a little more traditional in flavour and include some well-loved local favourites. For breakfast Eat Right is including an option of milk-rice or kiribath served with a chunky piece of fish ambulthiyal and onion sambol that is a must-have with the traditional meal.

For those who prefer a more inter-continental breakfast, there is now a choice of an all-inclusive omelette accompanied by substantial portion of a cucumber and bell pepper salad. The omelette itself is packed with vegetables, and a choice of protein all mixed-up in a specially prepared creamy sauce which is also guilt-free.

On the menu for lunch and dinner is another well-loved Sri Lankan meal of mixed vegetable noodles. The twist in the Eat Right version of this family favourite is the chunky pieces of meat or fish which is a welcome addition. The meal is served with cucumber and tomato salad that adds flavour to the dish.

All these latest additions are calorie counted and specially prepared at the Eat Right kitchens by a team of experienced chefs guided by the expertise of Sri Lanka’s leading medically qualified clinical nutritionist. All meals are delivered to the customer’s doorstep adding further convenience to the goal of counting down calories to a healthier life.

The Eat Right Lifestyle and Weight Loss Menu also includes its popular dishes like the brown and white bread sandwiches and atta rotti wraps packed with a choice of chicken, tuna or vegetables, traditional favourite red or white rice and curry, seafood, chicken, fish or vegetarian salads and soups, and a much-loved “healthy” kottu.

Eat Right is now online at www.eatright.lk where you will find extensive information on how to “Choose Life with Eat Right”.
