‘Sandwiched with the essence’: Pickled Lovi Tartare, Marinated Squid Florets, Local Rucola. ‘Signature Ravioli’: Karankoku, Smoked Dandila Puree, Passion Fruit Leaf Pesto, Grana Padano.

Carpaccio ‘Island Style’: Roasted Curry, Young Coconut Salsa, Virgin Coconut Oil, Roasted Coconut Flakes, Sarana.
