Curry Queen Felicia Sorensen will be cooking up her favourite cuisine; authentic Sri Lankan from 20 to 29 March at the Curry Leaf restaurant. Felicia uses fresh ingredients along with exotic spices to make her dishes distinctively flavoursome. Hilton Colombo’s Sri Lankan restaurant; Curry Leaf famous for its authenticity and fresh seafood, has this promotion annually to offer guests something different.
