There’s Cannelloni Verdi con zucca Ricotta with homemade spinach pasta tube stuffed with roasted pumpkin, ricotta cheese and parmesan and served with cream cheese sauce, Cannelloni con maile e Funghi stuffed with pork meat, mushroom, herbs and parmesan and oven baked with spicy pomodoro sauce, béchamel and mozzarella. There’s Cannelloni con Pollo e spinachi stuffed with chicken, sautéed spinach and parmesan and served with cream, pesto and oven baked with fresh mozzarella, Cannelloni con Salmone e feta stuffed with fresh salmon, feta cheese and béchamel and served with tomato cream, oregano and sweet cheese and Cannelloni con Agnello stuffed with lamb meat and oven baked with cream and tomato, which seem to be popular with guests already.
