Ravioli is a traditional Italian dish that can be presented in many creative variations. The Bayleaf has been promoting its own range of fresh pasta – fettuccine, tagliatelle, lasagne and ravioli have been an all-time favourite with the guests. What could be better than a fresh stuffed ravioli served with a specialty pomodoro, cream cheese or tomato cream sauce? There is ravioli di granchio – fresh pasta stuffed with crab meat, parmesan, béchamel, herbs served with spicy pomodoro, ravioli di bietota – fresh pasta stuffed with fresh beetroot, parmesan and herbs and served with a cream cheese sauce, ravioli di quattro formaggi – fresh pasta stuffed with four cheese, served with sage, butter and walnut and ravioli nero di olive caponata – fresh pasta stuffed with black olive, capers, celery and bell pepper served with tomato cream.
