There is ravioli di granchio – fresh pasta stuffed with crab meat, parmesan, béchamel, herbs served with spicy pomodoro, ravioli di bietota – fresh pasta stuffed with fresh beetroot, parmesan and herbs and served with a cream cheese sauce, ravioli di quattro formaggi – fresh pasta stuffed with four cheese, served with sage, butter and walnut and ravioli nero di olive caponata – fresh pasta stuffed with black olive, capers, celery and bell pepper served with tomato cream.
